Instructions for use
This is how you reconstitute and use your research peptides safely and correctly.
What you need
Peptide vial
Lyophilized peptide powder in the original packaging
BAC Water
Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution (available from us)
Insulin syringe
Sterile disposable insulin syringe 1 ml (27g) for precise dosing
alcohol swabs
Sterile alcohol wipes for disinfecting the septum
protective gloves
Latex or nitrile gloves for clean handling
Dosage calculator

Reconstitution step by step
Temperature control
Take the peptide vial out of the refrigerator and let it 15–30 minutes Allow the container to reach room temperature. This will prevent condensation when opening, which could damage the powder.
Calculate dosage
Calculate the required amount of BAC Water with our tool. Peptide dosage calculator. Example: 10 mg peptide + 2 ml BAC Water = 5 mg per ml (500 µg / 0.1 ml).
Disinfect the septum
Wipe the rubber septum of the peptide vial. and Wipe the septum of the BAC water bottle with a fresh alcohol swab. Let the alcohol... Dry for 10–15 seconds before you insert the needle.
BAC Water
Pierce the sterile insulin syringe through the septum of the BAC water bottle and draw up the calculated amount. No air bubbles — hold the bottle upside down and gently tap the syringe to release any bubbles.
reconstitute peptide
Pierce the disinfected septum of the peptide vial with the needle and let the BAC water flow in. slowly along the glass wall Pour into the powder — do not spray directly onto it. This will keep the peptide structure intact.
Resolve & check
Gently rotate the vial between your fingers until the powder has completely dissolved. The solution should clear and colorless It should be cloudy. If it remains cloudy or particles are visible, something is wrong.
Label & store
Write this Date of reconstitution onto the vial. Store the solution immediately in the refrigerator at 2–8 °C. Shelf life: typically 14–28 days.
Dosage example: 10 mg peptide
IU = International Units on the insulin syringe (U-100 scale: 100 IU = 1 ml)
