Select PayRam at checkout

Select during the payment step PayRam ("Crypto & Credit Card, Google/Apple Pay & more") and place your order. You will be redirected to our own PayRam payment page.

„Select "Card & Wallets" — not "Pay with crypto""

On the PayRam page you can see at the top „"Pay with crypto"" and below „"No crypto?"" with several options. Select there „"Maps & Wallets"" — this opens the card payment option via our partner Changelly.

💡 „Pay with crypto" is only intended for customers with their own wallet. Always use „Card & Wallets" for card payments.

Pay by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay

A window will open showing the amount to be converted (slightly higher than your order total—more on that in a moment) and offering Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card payment as options. Choose your preferred method.

Verification — if requested

Depending on the amount and payment method, a brief verification may be required. This only applies to your purchase with our payment partner — their name will appear on your card statement, not "Reta24".

💡 The invoice only shows the payment provider, nothing about your order.

Automatic confirmation

Once payment is received, your order will automatically be marked as paid — you will receive an immediate confirmation email. No manual check is necessary.

Problems? Your order remains reserved.

Your order remains 60 minutes Reserved, even if payment isn't completed immediately — you'll also receive an email with a link to continue the payment at any time. Questions? Write to Info@Reta24.net or use the chat in the bottom left corner.

Frequently Asked Questions about PayRam

Do I need my own crypto wallet?

No — at "Cards & Wallets" you pay normally with credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, just like on any other website. The conversion to crypto happens automatically in the background.

Are there any additional costs?

Yes — a small surcharge of approximately 3%. This will be clearly displayed to you before payment.

What is Changelly?

Changelly is the payment partner that PayRam uses to convert card payments into crypto. The window opens directly on our own payment page—you don't leave our checkout process.

Will „Reta24" appear on my card statement?

No — the name of the payment service provider (Changelly or PayRam) appears, not „Reta24".

My order still shows as "pending"?

Reload the page or use the link in your payment reminder email. Orders are reserved for 60 minutes, after which they are automatically canceled.

Can I also pay directly with my own wallet?

Yes — on the PayRam page, select „Pay with crypto" (ETH/Polygon) instead, or use DePay directly at checkout.
