Who can provide feedback?
Only customers who have purchased the product from us can submit reviews. A few days after your order, you will receive an email with a personal review link linked to your order. There is no public review form that anyone could use to leave a review without making a purchase.
Reviews associated with an order bear the following note „"Verified Purchase"“.
How do we check reviews?
Every review is checked before publication – solely to determine whether it
- Contains advertising for other providers,
- contains offensive content or
- contains untrue, derogatory statements about third parties (defamation).
We do not publish such content. We do not delete critical or negative reviews. – they are just as much a part of it as positive ones.
How is the overall rating determined?
The star rating on a product page is the average of all published reviews for that product. Experiences & Reviews You'll see the average across all products. Ratings are displayed by date, not weighted or sorted by star rating.
