Card payment — step by step
Select Paygate.to at checkout.
Reta24 does not process card payments directly — we route them via Paygate.to Furthermore, it's a payment gateway that bundles multiple providers, allowing each to handle exactly what they are best suited for. During the payment process, select Paygate.to and place your order. You will then be redirected to the Paygate.to page, which lists the available providers.
Choose Alchemy Pay for card / Google Pay / Apple Pay
On the Paygate.to page you will see a short list of providers — including Revolut, Alchemy Pay and crypto options. For credit card, debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, we recommend Alchemy Pay — offers a wide range of consumer payment methods; payments are confirmed within minutes. Revolut customer? Then of course! Revolut!
Identity verification at Alchemy Pay — takes about 3 minutes
Alchemy Pay requires a one-time identity verification for your first payment — this is now standard practice. causing obligation, no longer optional. You will need:
— Name & Email Address
— Photo of a valid identification document
— short Selfie Check
- your Tax ID — unfortunately, this is required due to legal money laundering regulations (KYC/AML).
The entire verification process typically takes about three minutes. After that, all further orders will be processed immediately.
Pay with your preferred method
After verification, Alchemy Pay will show you the payment methods available in your country (selection varies by region). You can pay with:
— Credit & Debit Cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
— PayPal — where available in your region
— Google Pay & Apple Pay — One-tap on supported devices
— Bank transfer — SEPA, where available
Select method, confirm amount, authorize payment.
Wait for confirmation — do not close window
Once Alchemy Pay confirms the payment, Paygate.to forwards the result back to Reta24. You will receive a Payment confirmation email and your order will be shipped — usually within 24 hours from our EU shipping center.
⚠️ Even on a white screen — Do not close the window. The payment is still being processed in the background. If you accidentally close it, you can return via the link in your order confirmation email.
Problems? Two practical tips
If Alchemy Pay rejects a card or requires further verification, that's a decision made by the provider; Reta24 cannot override it. Here are two practical tips that will resolve most cases:
— Card must issued in your name Third tickets are usually rejected.
— If your bank triggers 3D Secure: in same browser tab Closing — a new window causes the process to fail.

For your first payment, Alchemy Pay requires identity verification (including tax ID, legally required by anti-money laundering regulations) — this is a one-time process: every subsequent order is processed immediately.
Order confirmation
Every order receives an email confirmation including a PDF invoice. Shipment tracking is available via tracking number.
