KLOW 80mg – Combination vial of four established research peptides
KLOW is a peptide blend that combines four peptides already established in the research community – GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV – in a single lyophilized vial. The name is derived from the well-known "GLOW" blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500), to which KPV has been added – the prefix "K" (for KPV) transforms "GLOW" into "KLOW".
This 80mg vial is suitable for research approaches that aim to investigate several complementary mechanisms of action – including skin regeneration, wound healing models and inflammation-related signaling pathways – in a joint study design.

Mechanisms of action of the individual components
GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine, complexed with copper(II)) is being investigated in preclinical models for anti-inflammatory (including suppression of interleukin-1), antioxidant and collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis-stimulating effects in skin fibroblasts.
BPC-157, a 15-amino acid fragment from human gastric juice, is being investigated for angiogenesis-promoting effects via the VEGFR2-Akt-eNOS signaling pathway as well as for upregulation of growth hormone receptors in tendon fibroblasts.
TB-500 is the synthetic, N-acetylated active sequence (Ac-LKKTETQ, position 17–23) of the body's own thymosin beta-4 and is being investigated for effects on endothelial cell differentiation, angiogenesis, keratinocyte migration and collagen deposition.
KPV, a C-terminal tripeptide fragment of Alpha-MSH (Lys-Pro-Val), shows receptor-independent anti-inflammatory effects in studies via inhibition of the NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways.

Reconstitution: Example calculation
For a working concentration of 10 mg/ml (total blend), the 80 mg vial is reconstituted with 8 ml of sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water). This results in a calculated concentration of 6.25 mg/ml GHK-Cu and 1.25 mg/ml each of BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV per milliliter. Slowly inject the water along the inside of the vial and gently swirl it instead of shaking.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the name "KLOW" mean?
KLOW is the extension of the already known „GLOW“ blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500) by a fourth peptide, KPV – the prefix „K“ stands for KPV.
Can I buy the four included peptides individually?
We also offer two of the four components as standalone individual products: BPC-157 10mg and KPV 10mg.
Quality assurance
Each production batch undergoes independent dual testing: HPLC analysis to determine purity and LC-MS analysis to definitively verify molecular mass and correct peptide sequence. Only after passing this test is a batch released.
