GLOW 70mg – Combination vial of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500
GLOW is a peptide blend that combines three peptides already established in the research community – GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 – in a single lyophilized vial. The copper peptide GHK-Cu, at 50 mg, is the main component, supplemented by 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500. The name reflects the research focus on skin: collagen production, skin regeneration, and tissue remodeling.
This 70mg vial is suitable for research approaches that aim to investigate several complementary mechanisms of action – including those related to collagen and elastin synthesis, wound healing models, and angiogenesis – in a single study design. Those wishing to additionally include inflammation-related signaling pathways will find further options with KLOW 80mg the variant extended by KPV.

Mechanisms of action of the individual components
GHK-Cu Glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, complexed with copper(II), is a naturally occurring tripeptide in human plasma whose levels decrease with age. It is being investigated in preclinical models for its ability to stimulate collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in skin fibroblasts, as well as for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
BPC-157, a 15-amino acid fragment from human gastric juice, is being investigated for angiogenesis-promoting effects via the VEGFR2-Akt-eNOS signaling pathway as well as for upregulation of growth hormone receptors in tendon fibroblasts.
TB-500 is the synthetic, N-acetylated active sequence (Ac-LKKTETQ, position 17–23) of the body's own thymosin beta-4 and is being investigated for effects on endothelial cell differentiation, angiogenesis, keratinocyte migration and collagen deposition.

Reconstitution: Example calculation
For a working concentration of 10 mg/ml (total blend), the 70 mg vial is reconstituted with 7 ml of sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water). This results in a calculated concentration of approximately 7.14 mg/ml GHK-Cu and approximately 1.43 mg/ml each of BPC-157 and TB-500 per milliliter. Slowly inject the water along the inside of the vial and gently swirl it instead of shaking.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between GLOW and KLOW?
GLOW contains GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 (70mg total). KLOW This supplements these three peptides with 10mg KPV (80mg total) – the preceding „K“ stands for KPV.
Can I buy the included peptides individually?
Yes, we also offer all three components as standalone individual products: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 10mg and TB-500 10mg.
Quality assurance
Each production batch undergoes independent dual testing: HPLC analysis to determine purity and LC-MS analysis to definitively verify molecular mass and correct peptide sequence. Only after passing this test is a batch released.
